    [post_content] => My CELTA experience was exhausting, but I don't regret it a bit. The course load is quite intense - I will admit that I and others shed a stressful tear or two over the four weeks - but the tutors were absolutely wonderful (very knowledgeable, professional and warm), and the groups of students and student-teachers I was paired with were incredibly supportive and kind. As a previous language teacher, I feel that I learned new, practical, hands-on tactics for the classroom that genuinely improved my teaching skills as well as student involvement and enjoyment. I begrudgingly feel the price tag is justified; as a Franco-American seeking employment in Europe, this certificate gave me the credibility I needed both to be paid adequately, and for employers and clients to trust my abilities.
