Getting to Cebu, Philippines
There are daily flights to Cebu via the Mactan-Cebu International Airport from key cities in the country, as well as scheduled flights from Hongkong, Singapore, Narita in Japan and Incheon, South Korea.
Buses bound for Cebu leave from Dumaguete, Oriental Negros and Bacolod, Negros Occidental every hour. It is also possible to take your car here via a Roll On-Roll Off (RORO) ferry.

Getting Around Cebu
Most people in Cebu prefer to get around in taxi as there is a wide coverage and they are cheap and efficient. Most taxi drivers in Cebu know where everything is and the taxis are known to be safe. Also, people get around in Jeepneys (a type of bus), however, these tend to be very busy and stuffy during rush hour. You can wave them down just like a taxi and shout "Lugar Lang!" to get off. You can get buses around to other parts of the island from the Cebu South Bus Terminal.
