With students health and safety in mind in the pandemic, the CELTA is being run online via the accredited centre in Padua (Padova).

How will the CELTA be offered online?

The CELTA via Padua will be offered completely through Zoom. Your materials will be accessible online and you will be observing and conducting your teaching practice using Zoom.

How will I be assessed during the CELTA Online?

The content and syllabus is the same as the face-to-face CELTA. You will be assessed through a minimum of six hours assessed teaching practice and four written assignments.

With the teaching practice, you will be teaching a real class of language learners. These classes are usually 45 minutes long. Once finished, you will have a feedback session with the CELTA Tutor, which will help continue your development as a EFL Teacher.

Will it say "online" on my CELTA certificate?
