Accommodation in Budapest

The Budapest teacher training centre is happy to arrange accommodation for you in a comfortable 1 or 2 bedroom flat within a short distance from the school. You will be able to reach the school either on foot or via Budapest’s excellent public transport. Each flat is equipped with wireless internet, a washing machine, and in many cases other appliances such as a microwave, a dishwasher, etc. If you request a share, you would most likely be sharing with someone else on the same course as you. Flats cost 95.000 Ft per person in a share, 155.000 Ft for a single, including utilities, for a four-week period.

It’s also worth mentioning that online flat services like www.airbnb.com have grown considerably in Hungary and have become a very good option for finding good flats often at reasonable prices, so you might want to check that out. It’s usually possible to negotiate a good price, so don’t be put off by the per day costs they tell you on the site.
